The Role

We are looking for a Digital Insight Analyst with broad knowledge spanning both data and digital marketing channels.

This new role will sit at the heart of how we operate to ensure we deliver brilliant work for our clients. You’ll be responsible for evaluating and enhancing social media/online campaigns, audience engagement, and content strategies.

Recruiting - Project Manager

The work you’ll do

Data collection and analysis
• Collect data from various social media platforms and online sources related to sports events, teams, athletes, and fan interactions.
• Use analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns, audience engagement, and online content consumption.

Database management
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of clients’ CRM systems
• Check the accuracy of existing CRM records and replace, modify or delete incorrect data

Insight generation
• Translate large data sets into understandable and actionable insights
• Identify trends and patterns in social media interactions and online behaviours to forecast future trends

Reporting
• Produce daily and monthly digital performance reports across clients to help them understand the impact of different campaigns and strategies

Skills & Requirements

• At least 1 year analyst experience
• Qualification in a numerate or business discipline or significant equivalent work experience in a data, analytics, research or insight role.
• Proficient knowledge of social media platforms, performance metrics, and best practices
• Passionate about learning and bring new ideas, techniques and efficiencies into the business to develop the team
• Working with large and complex data sets
• An inquisitive mindset and want to know the ‘why’ behind the data
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
• Language skills a bonus
• A passion for sport

Staff package:

  • £25,000 – £27,000 salary
