Join Redtorch as our new Project Manager
As a result of some incredibly exciting new business wins, we are looking to recruit a sport obsessed project manager with 2-3 years’ experience working in the marketing and communications industry.
This new role will sit at the heart of how we operate to ensure we deliver brilliant work for our clients.
Reporting to our Senior Project Manager Jacqs, you will join our account team and will be responsible for managing projects for some of the biggest sports in the world.

Key Responsibilities
- Assign tasks to internal teams and manage project timelines
- Manage daily client communications and be the main point of contact
- Create project budgets and draft new scopes of work
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met and stay within budget
- Use project management tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Manage project expenses and ensure they are recorded
- Arrange global travel and accommodation
- Set-up budgets and raise invoices within our project management tool
- Manage internal resourcing and creative planning
Requirements & Skills
- A love of sport!
- A desire to join an independent and fast-growing agency
- 2-3 years proven work experience in a project management role
- Excellent organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Comfortable working within a small team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media
- Educated to degree level (Project Management Qualification would be an advantage – PRINCE2 or Agile PM)

Salary, Benefits & Location
- Holiday:
- 30 days (22 days + 8 bank holidays)
- Plus an extra day off for your Birthday!
- £30-35k salary
