About Redtorch

We’re an independent sports marketing agency dedicated to making sport more relevant.

Based in London, we work with some of the world’s leading sports organisations and bring deep expertise across the Olympic Movement. We want to be the first marketing agency organisations turn to when they work in, or want to become part of, the Olympic Movement.

About the role

You love sport, you love making content, and you want a job where you can spend your day doing both!

We’re looking for a Midweight Video Editor & Designer who takes real pleasure in making exceptional content for social media. Roughly 70% of your time will focus on video editing and 30% on graphic design, turning briefs into finished work that you’re proud of.

You’ll join our London team and work on campaigns, athlete stories and major sporting events across Olympic sport and beyond. This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently take work from brief to delivery, enjoys regular content production and wants to keep improving their craft.

What you’ll do

  • Edit short-form videos using footage, imagery, sound and text
  • Design social graphics, carousels and other digital content
  • Create simple animations and motion graphics
  • Adapt campaign assets for different platforms and formats
  • Follow briefs and brand guidelines, with care for every detail
  • Manage your workload and deliver content to agreed deadlines
  • Refine your work through feedback from the creative team

What we’re looking for

  • A deep love of sport: you follow it, care about it and are excited by the sports, athletes and stories within the Olympic Movement
  • Passion for creating: you enjoy making content and take pride in the finished result
  • Social awareness: you spend time on social platforms, understand their formats and spot trends that could work for our clients
  • Curiosity: you explore new techniques, ask questions and pay attention to what makes great content work
  • Initiative: you get stuck in, find solutions and take responsibility for moving your work forward
  • An appetite to learn: you welcome feedback and actively work on improving your craft
  • Experience producing social media content in an agency, in-house or freelance role
  • A portfolio showing strong video editing and graphic design skills, with a clear explanation of your contribution. Personal projects are welcome
  • A strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling and sound, alongside a good eye for typography, composition and detail
  • Confidence in Premiere Pro and Photoshop, or equivalent editing and design tools, plus working knowledge of After Effects for simple animation and motion graphics
  • The ability to take a clear brief and produce finished content without step-by-step guidance
