Redtorch builds tailored benchmarking dashboards for International Federations (IFs) and sports organisations. These dashboards measure social media performance across every member organisation, in every market, on every major social media platform. Our intuitive, centralised platforms give organisations a clearer, more consistent way of understanding their global digital footprint.
Each month, we collect data from Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and TikTok and consolidate it into a single source of truth. This allows users organisations to benchmark performance, compare regions, track growth of their federations and gain valuable insights into how their sport is performing worldwide.
The Challenge
International sport is fragmented by its design and structure.
The hundreds of national bodies, uneven digital capability and varying resource levels can often offer an incomplete picture of performance. Although most organisations have access to their own data, some don’t have the resources to analyse it, and many lack insight into the wider ecosystem.
Without proper benchmarking, it’s impossible to answer the following three simple but critical questions:

How ANOC scaled digital impact across 200+ brands
The Challenge
ANOC (Association of National Olympic Committees) approached us in September 2020 with the idea of equipping every NOC with the tools necessary to improve their performance. The aim was to support 200+ NOCs (regardless of their digital maturity and resource) and create a solution that could scale across all their varying needs. ANOC sought to establish a consistent way to track, compare and elevate performance in an extremely diverse ecosystem.
Our Solution
We built ANOC a bespoke digital benchmarking dashboard that continuously measured the social performance of its 725+ NOC accounts. The dashboard delivered a unified, real-time view of the global NOC digital landscape, turning fragmented data into clear, actionable insight for both ANOC and its members.
We created Social Media Playbooks, and hosted live workshops with 100+ NOCs, to promote adoption and impact to bring the data to life and offer actionable insights for NOCs.
