During a time when live events and opportunities to hit the slopes were limited, the International Ski Federation (FIS) needed to deliver authentic, timely and relevant out-of-competition content.

Perhaps most importantly, FIS also needed to provide value to their title partner Longines, and the millions of snowsport fans around the world.


1. Drive traffic from FIS digital channels to Longines e-shops
2. Promote Longines watch collections to the Snowsport community
3. Engage and entertain the Snowsport community when the event calendar was limited
4. Capture personal data from people who complete the quiz


We built and designed #WhichSkierAreYou – a short, fun quiz which was live between 10 Jan – 26 Feb 2021, and encouraged fans to answer 9 questions in 2 minutes to reveal their piste persona and matching Longines watch collection.

With some avid skiers among out team, we knew the quiz couldn’t just appeal to people interested in elite skiing – it had to also appeal to the millions of casual skiers!

Therefore, whether through the use of inspirational mountain imagery, or questions that focused on the Snowsport culture, every aspect of the quiz had the casual skier in mind.

We also wanted to ensure the quiz delivered long-term benefits to FIS, so ensured it included elements of data capture that provided the governing body with an even better understanding of their existing – and potential – fanbase.

What’s more, thanks to the support Longines – fans who completed the quiz had the opportunity to win a day out with a FIS Race Director or Longines Ambassador!
