Redtorch is the retained global social media and editorial agency for the International Equestrian Federation (FEI). We were tasked with the following challenges across all social and digital channels.
Aims
1. Engage and grow a global community of equestrian fans daily
2. Increase awareness of and engagement in flagship FEI competitions
3. Highlight the passion and heart of every FEI equestrian discipline
4. Boost the influence of FEI-owned media
5. Grow the commercial value of the FEI
Solution
We crafted a platform- and discipline-specific social media strategy, integrated with the website content strategy, to ensure the FEI maximises engagement across all channels.
FEI fans and athletes were segmented according to their interests to grow engagement among existing fans and attract new and dedicated audiences.
Large (FEI World Equestrian Games) and small creative digital campaigns have activated the audience to maximise key moments in the FEI calendar.
